Job Description:
Operates and monitors computerized building control systems and maintains facility/plant systems and equipment. Independently performs repairs/installations on a wide variety of complex building systems and equipment.

Building Systems Technician certificate
Licenses
Valid Class 5 driver's license
Power Engineering License pursuant to the Boiler & Pressure Vessels Safety Act
Other Education and Training
5th Class Engineering certificate, as required by the
Pool Operator certificate, where required
Refrigeration Plant Operator certificate, where required by the job
as required by the Boiler and Pressure Vessels Safety Act
Refrigeration Engineer certificate, where required by the job
