Serve Meridian Members in Burlington with financial advice and front-line banking services at the on-site Walker's Line Branch. Support daily banking and relationship growth.
As a full-time Financial Services Representative, you will understand Member needs and recommend appropriate products and solutions. You will provide transactional services, open accounts, offer credit, identify wealth referrals, and position Meridian services. The role supports partners in Wealth, Small Business, and Mobile Mortgage Specialists while contributing to individual and team results.
Key Responsibilities:
Understand Member needs and provide appropriate financial advice
Complete front-line transactions accurately and promptly
Open accounts and recommend credit products
Identify wealth referrals and deepen Member relationships
Participate in community engagement activities and events
Requirements:
Strong financial industry knowledge and business acumen
Strong computer systems knowledge
Negotiation, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
Organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
Post-secondary education or equivalent financial services sales experience considered an asset
Bring Member-focused service, consultative communication, and financial knowledge to Meridian's Burlington branch as a Financial Services Representative.
