Qualifications
At least 2 years’ experience in the hotel industry, in a similar position
Fidelio Opera “Front Office and Cashiering functions” or Ïnfor” an advantage
Prior night audit experience an advantage
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
Basic mathematics and accounting knowledge essential
Display a high level of emotional intelligence
Customer orientation, professional charm and sophistication is an advantage
Presentable
Ability to capture, interpret and interrogate data
Ability to work shifts and occasional overtime
