Healthcare Supply Chain Coordinator

Coordinate healthcare supplies at the U of A Hospital using iProcurement, inventory controls, and customer service expertise. This casual days assignment supports operating room operations.
As Supply Coordinator, you will support CPSM ORSC and Operative Services management across designated operating room sites. Duties include ordering, tracking medical surgical supplies and equipment, monitoring inventory, managing repairs, and supporting patient costing. You will also maintain records, documentation, and consignment inventory.
Key Responsibilities:
Initiate supply orders through iProcurement
Track medical surgical supplies, equipment, repairs, and loaners
Monitor inventory levels and maintain consignment inventory
Rotate stock using first in, first out procedures
Complete inventory counts, costing, records, and documentation
Requirements:
Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent
Experience in healthcare procurement and shipping receiving processes
Proficiency with Microsoft 365, Oracle WMS, and iProcurement
Strong analytical, mathematical, and inventory management skills
Ability to lift 25 kilograms and push heavy carts safely
