Serve Barrie customers as a Personal Banking Associate, using banking knowledge and communication skills in a branch environment. Hours total 18.75 weekly.

Key Responsibilities:
Engage customers in advice, transactions, and banking problem resolution
Guide customers toward appropriate contacts and solutions
Educate customers about mobile, ATM, and online banking
Support scheduled cash and non-cash transactions
Complete accurate documentation and business processes
Requirements:
High School diploma or one-plus year relevant experience
Investment Funds Canada or equivalent within 90 days
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, branch software, and internet
Knowledge of banking solutions and processes
Strong customer communication and organizational skills
