The ideal candidate will be responsible for all operational and financial aspects of properties including budget control and maintenance requests.
Responsibilities
Assist all outside vendors with property issues
Handle any tenant inquiries
Rent management
Occupancy reporting
Manage property inventory
Solve all maintenance requests filed by property inhabitants
Supervise all property staff
Qualifications
1 - 3 years of property experience
Residential real estate experience is required
Previous supervisory or management experience is an asset
Detail-oriented and strong communication skills
