This warehouse associate role welcomes candidates with little to no warehouse experience. You will support product receipt, storage, order fulfillment, shipment preparation, and efficient product flow. Cross-training covers multiple warehouse areas and required material handling equipment certification.
Key Responsibilities:

Accurately pick products and fulfill established orders
Perform quality control checks before shipment preparation
Pack products and prepare completed orders for shipping
Complete housekeeping and inventory control tasks
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Requirements:

Ability to lift 35 to 50 pounds
Comfort working in refrigerated areas
Ability to bend, reach, stoop, lift, and walk
Ability to follow directions and change priorities
Good verbal communication and adaptability
Build warehouse experience through order fulfillment, inventory control, and cross-training with Cardinal Health on overnight shifts.
