BDO seeks an Insolvency Analyst for its Personal Debt Solutions Banking team. You will prepare formal insolvency documents, liaise with staff and outside parties, and support client service. The role also includes community outreach and social media promotion for personal debt solutions offerings.
Key Responsibilities:

Draft client documents, letters, and various correspondence
Enter documents accurately into internal systems
Create formal documents in the insolvency database
Assist the Personal Debt Solutions department as required
Promote offerings through community outreach and social media
Requirements:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook
Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive information
Strong organization, prioritization, and time management skills
Spoken and written English proficiency required
