The medical secretaries at Clinique Omicron are essential professionals for the smooth operation of administrative services and care coordination. As the first point of contact for patients, they play a crucial role in reception, managing medical records, and ensuring fluid communication with the care team.
Welcome patients, register them and direct them according to their needs.
Handle phone calls, e-mails and patient requests, providing accurate information and courteous service.
Maintain up-to-date medical records, manage appointments, and coordinate consultation schedules.
Ensure the preparation of files, forms and documents required for consultations and interventions.
Collaborate with medical team members to ensure a smooth and high-quality experience for every patient.
Process payments and manage administrative aspects of insurance and billing.
Training and entry requirements
Medical secretarial diploma or equivalent experience in a similar position.
Computer skills (Office Suite, medical records management software).
Excellent oral and written communication skills in French and English.
Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
