Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and manage a team of aircraft maintenance engineers
• Ensure all maintenance projects are completed efficiently
• Handle necessary paperwork for parts ordering and delivery
• Troubleshoot maintenance issues hands-on when needed
• Maintain precise logbook entries and oversee crew passovers
Requirements:
• Hold a valid Transport Canada M2 and/or M1 license
• Knowledge of MCM and related paperwork systems
• Demonstrated leadership abilities in a team
• Highly organized, capable of managing pressure
• Completed Aircraft Engineer College Program
