Serve TD customers in Edmonton through financial guidance, digital banking education, and accurate branch transactions as a Customer Banking Associate Trainee.
This Personal Banking Associate Trainee position belongs to TD Canada Trust’s frontline branch operations. You will address day-to-day customer needs, identify suitable contacts, and help resolve banking questions. The role combines customer experience, banking processes, documentation, and support for frontline staff.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide information and advice on banking services and products
Build confidence in emerging digital banking trends
Resolve critical issues and report non-standard matters
Recommend improvements to branch operations and processes
Promote team effectiveness and share industry knowledge
Requirements:
High School diploma or relevant experience
Post-secondary or related undergraduate degree preferred
Obtain IFC or equivalent within 90 days
Use Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and branch software
Exercise judgment with confidential customer matters
