Mill River in Prince Edward Island is seeking a dedicated and energetic 2nd Cook to join our culinary team. As the right hand to the Head Chef and Sous Chef, you will run a specific station, ensure quality, and keep every plate leaving the pass perfect.
Candidates should have at least 2 years of full-service kitchen experience, strong knife skills, and the ability to multitask under pressure. Food Handler's Certificate is required, and you must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50
