Key Responsibilities:
• Act as an advisor on contractual matters for business teams
• Draft, negotiate, and execute agreements with stakeholders
• Manage contract life cycles and implement change orders
• Support proposal development by reviewing submission terms
• Assist in developing policies for contract management
Requirements:
• 4 to 8 years in contracts or transactional roles
• Superior organization and time management skills
• Solid communication skills across varying levels
• Bilingualism (French/English) preferred
• Eligible for security clearances
