You will either be a seasoned home inspector or eager to learn through our comprehensive intern program. Key Responsibilities:
• Learn and promote AmeriSpec's range of services
• Conduct inspections under different weather conditions
• Climb ladders and navigate active work environments
• Provide client consultations about inspection findings
• Ensure flexibility in scheduling for inspections
Requirements:
• Eligible for a valid driver’s license
• Strong attention to detail and customer service skills
• Reliable transportation to reach inspection sites
• Must pass a background check for eligibility
• Proficient with email and common software applications
