Key Responsibilities:
• Review and set up for menu items and preparation
• Prepare nutritious meals according to specific diets
• Maintain food quality records and safety standards
• Guide Dietary Aides during meal times
• Manage daily operations in the Dietary Manager's absence

Requirements:
• Culinary training or related certification required
• Current Food Handler's Certificate needed
• “Red Seal” certification preferred
• Knowledge in food and nutrition management
• Willingness to support residents' dietary needs
