Key Responsibilities:
• Review patient status and collaborate for accurate assessments
• Develop and implement individualized care based on best practices
• Educate patients and families regarding care plans and health promotion
• Facilitate teamwork and coordinate care tasks effectively
• Participate in quality improvement and staff training activities
Requirements:
• Current practicing registration as a Registered Nurse in B.C.
• Proficient in clinical leadership and CPR
• Strong background in teamwork and decision-making
• Dedication to patient advocacy and rights
• Lifelong learning commitment in nursing practice
