IHAL is actively hiring dedicated caregivers and Personal Support Workers for 4-hour weekday and weekend shifts. This role focuses on assisting clients with essential daily activities and ensuring their comfort in a familiar environment. Key Responsibilities:
• Support clients with daily personal care tasks
• Help with mobility and ensure safe transfers

Requirements:
• PSW Certificate required
• Minimum 1 year of caregiver experience
• CPR/First Aid Certification necessary
• Gentle Persuasive Approaches or Non-Violent Crisis Prevention training preferred
• Strong communication and documentation skills
