As a Program Supervisor, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and engaging environment. You will guide Residential Support Workers in daily tasks, ensuring compliance with medication administration protocols. With a focus on developing strong interpersonal skills, your role will also include creating a positive and therapeutic atmosphere for clients. Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee staffing and attendance records
• Monitor residents’ behavior and provide feedback
• Facilitate training and orientation for new staff
• Ensure documentation is complete and accurate
• Support team initiatives and performance standards
Requirements:
• Diploma in Community Social Service required
• 2 years experience working with marginalized groups
• First Aid certification with CPR needed
• Valid Class 5 driver’s license required
• Willingness to complete background checks
