The Superintendent position involves supporting the daily operations of our residential properties. You will handle resident inquiries, conduct inspections, and perform maintenance tasks to keep properties safe and welcoming. Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to resident requests and maintenance inquiries
• Perform minor repairs and report larger issues
• Conduct safety and cleanliness inspections regularly
• Oversee cleanliness and upkeep of all common areas
• Respond to emergencies and participate in the on-call schedule
Requirements:
• Prior experience as a Superintendent or similar role
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and carpentry
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Valid driver's license required
