HBA Customer Service Clerk

Support customers through stocked shelves, accurate scanning, and product knowledge as an HBA Clerk at Real Canadian Superstore. Flexibility across days, evenings, and weekends is required.
As an HBA Clerk, you will help maintain a positive in-store shopping experience through customer service and well-presented products. The work includes responding to customer needs, maintaining displays, supporting ordering, and setting up promotions. Training is provided, so previous experience is not required.
Key Responsibilities:
Stock shelves and respond courteously to customer needs
Maintain product displays and shelves to company standards
Scan products accurately and identify inventory needs
Assist with ordering and set up directed promotions
Keep department areas neat and meet health standards
Requirements:
Team player with strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Resourceful and courteous when resolving customer questions
Motivation to learn new things through provided training
Flexibility for days, evenings, weekends, and moving up to 50 pounds
