Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the leasing process from inquiry to residency
• Achieve leasing targets and monitor property vacancies
• Collect payments and conduct property inspections
• Assist with resident transitions and maintenance needs
• Address and resolve resident inquiries promptly
Requirements:
• 1-2 years in customer service or sales experience
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Proficiency in MS Office; SAP knowledge is advantageous
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation needed
