Key Responsibilities:
• Provide holistic nursing care in the Intensive Care environment
• Administer prescribed treatments and therapies diligently
• Collaborate effectively with the health care team
• Facilitate patient discharge planning and support
• Apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills daily
Requirements:
• Graduate from a recognized Registered Nursing program
• Current registration with CRNM mandatory
• BLS Level C certification must be maintained annually
• I.C.U. clinical experience or certification is required
• Preferred involvement in nursing professional associations
