As a Member Services Representative, you will support exceptional Member experiences while positioning Meridian products and services around financial wellbeing. You will identify requests, provide qualified referrals, protect privacy, and collaborate with Wealth, Small Business, and Mobile Mortgage Specialists. The role also supports branch strategies, community engagement, and internal partnerships.

Requirements:

Previous frontline sales or service-related industry experience
High School diploma or relevant working experience
Strong computer systems knowledge and virtual technology comfort
Strong negotiation, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
Flexibility to work scheduled evenings and weekends
