Key Responsibilities:
• Lead preparation of Canadian income tax and information returns
• Manage quarterly tax provisions and maintain controls
• Coordinate tax audits and prepare responses to queries
• Assist in transfer pricing and special projects
• Collaborate with finance and accounting teams for synergy
Requirements:
• Degree in business or accounting is required
• CPA designation with over 6 years of experience
• Knowledge of Canadian corporate tax legislation
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and accounting tools
• Familiarity with ASC 740 tax provision experience
