Senior HR Director: Strategy, Talent & Change Leader

Banyan Capital Partners, part of Connor, Clark & Lunn Financial Group, is seeking a Director of Human Resources to serve as the senior HR leader across its portfolio businesses. Reporting to the CFO, this role owns the design, build and execution of the full HR function and acts as the primary advisor to the CEO and senior leaders.
The director will shape HR strategy, cultivate leadership capability, and, as needed, build and lead a dedicated HR team as the business scales.
