Coordinate automotive service appointments in Winnipeg with St. James Volkswagen, using customer service and call center experience daily.
As a Service Coordinator, you will become a key customer contact within the AutoCanada dealership network. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, schedule appointments, answer general sales and service inquiries, and connect customers with appropriate departments. The work focuses on clear communication and dealership operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to schedule service appointments
Receive incoming customer calls and appointment requests
Respond to customer inquiries about sales and service
Complete follow-up calls for Service and Sales departments
Connect customers with appropriate departments or individuals
Requirements:
One year of customer service experience
One year of call center experience
Availability for day and evening hours
Automotive field experience is an asset
English and French bilingual ability is an asset
Support St. James Volkswagen customers through organized appointment scheduling, responsive communication, and dependable automotive service coordination.
