CAC Metal Recycling, part of family-owned CAC Industrials, is hiring an entry to mid-level operator. You will sort, process, and inspect copper, brass, aluminum, stainless steel, and other non-ferrous materials. Accurate grading, safe equipment operation, contamination control, and dependable communication support daily yard operations. Related shop, trade, warehouse, or industrial experience is welcome.
Key Responsibilities:

Grade and sort non-ferrous metals accurately
Strip, clean, and inspect materials against specifications
Operate equipment while loading and unloading bins
Screen incoming loads for hazardous items
Record weights, grades, and bin identification numbers
Requirements:

Ability to learn and apply grade specifications accurately
Safety-first approach and willingness to follow procedures
Dependability, punctuality, and clear communication
Basic computer skills and instruction comprehension
