Cannabis Retail Store Supervisor

Lead cannabis retail service at Value Buds Franklin Avenue in Fort McMurray, using product knowledge and team guidance daily. This full-time position supports sales-floor operations.
As Store Supervisor, you will support daily operations and lead by example during assigned shifts. The position emphasizes customer education, coaching, merchandising, inventory support, and regulatory compliance. Value Buds is part of SNDL, whose retail portfolio includes Value Buds and Spiritleaf.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver friendly customer service and cannabis product education
Guide team members during assigned shifts
Serve as management contact when absent
Support launches, promotions, and merchandising
Assist inventory ordering, receiving, and operational standards
Requirements:
Two or more years of retail or customer service experience
Supervisory or leadership experience preferred
Strong communication and customer-first mindset
Valid cannabis sales certification, including Selling It Right or SellSafe
At least 18 or 19 years old, based on provincial requirements
Bring retail leadership, cannabis education, and customer service skills to Value Buds’ Fort McMurray store supervisor position.
