Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct assessments and evaluations for various patient needs
• Implement and monitor individualized treatment programs
• Provide recommendations for assistive devices and equipment
• Maintain therapeutic records per OT standards
• Supervise rehabilitation assistants and prioritize care
Requirements:
• Graduate from a recognized Occupational Therapy school
• Registered or eligible for registration with COTO
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills
• Desirable experience in assistive device assessments
• Focus on patient safety in clinical practice
