Assistant Store Manager Dynamite DIX30

Drive sales and team performance as Assistant Manager at Dynamite Quartier DIX30, using fashion expertise and customer-focused leadership daily.
Reporting to the Store Manager, you will support all store operations and optimize sales results. Lead a high-performing team, improve customer satisfaction, and maintain brand presentation standards. Your responsibilities span inventory management, visual merchandising, shipment processing, replenishment, and eCom fulfillment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Store Manager with daily store operations
Lead teams to improve sales and operational efficiency
Maintain brand and visual merchandising standards
Process shipments and replenish the sales floor
Complete eCom orders and support customer satisfaction
Requirements:
High school diploma required
Two years of management experience preferred
Fashion clothing experience considered an asset
Strong organization, prioritization, and multitasking skills
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Bring fashion passion, leadership, and operational focus to strengthen sales and customer experiences at Dynamite Quartier DIX30.
