Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and inspire a high-performing culinary team
• Manage recruitment and retention efforts for top talent
• Implement quarterly operational goals and strategies
• Uphold product quality and customer experience standards
• Assist in the launch of new restaurant locations across Canada and the US
Requirements:
• 1-3+ years of Culinary Leadership experience
• Proficient in PNL management and fiscal planning
• Food Safe and Health & Safety Certifications
• Strong focus on quality assurance
• Commitment to team empowerment and culture
