Capilano Suspension Bridge Park in North Vancouver is seeking a hands-on Sous Chef for Cliff House Restaurant & Bar and Loggers’ Grill. You will manage day-to-day kitchen operations within a landmark site and lead a dedicated culinary team.
You will work with F&B Outlets Managers to ensure HACCP compliance, safety, and budget targets, while developing menus and seasonal changes, including evenings and holidays.
