As Assistant Store Manager, you will support workforce management and sales-floor execution. You will coach service standards, analyze KPIs, and assist with recruiting, hiring, training, and development. You will also educate customers and employees on product styles, features, and benefits while supporting merchandising and operational controls.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute workforce management for customer-focused sales-floor coverage
Welcome customers and explain product styles, features, and benefits
Coach service standards and omnichannel experiences
Analyze KPIs and communicate actions improving business results
Support recruiting, hiring, training, and team development
Requirements:
Minimum one year of retail or related management experience
Demonstrated leadership, supervisory, and customer engagement skills
Professional verbal and written communication skills
Proficient computer and technology skills
High school diploma and required schedule availability
