Join MAC Architectural Metal as a Billing Specialist fluent in French and English. This role is integral to managing accounts receivable and ensuring seamless billing operations.
Based in Quebec, MAC specializes in pre-painted steel solutions and contributes to impressive projects across Canada and the U.S. You will report to the Director of Finance, coordinating efforts between Finance, Sales, and Customer Service to maintain accurate billing practices and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute daily billing and invoicing tasks
• Set up new customer accounts; verify references
• Process bank deposits and manage payment records
• Handle overdue accounts and execute collection activities
• Prepare monthly sales reports and assist accounting processes
Requirements:
• AEC or DEC certification in Accounting required
• 2-4 years of experience in a similar role required
• Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel needed
• Knowledge of Odoo software is advantageous
• Must be fluent in French and English
