Blau & Associates seeks an experienced Broil / Grill Cook for The Victor at Parq Casino. You will cook steaks, seafood, poultry, and other proteins to requested temperatures and established standards. The position emphasizes timing, consistency, food safety, and coordination with the culinary team.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare steaks, seafood, poultry, and proteins on grill stations
Manage multiple orders and cooking times during service
Maintain mise-en-place and par levels throughout service
Coordinate timing with other kitchen stations
Keep the station clean, organized, and stocked
Requirements:
At least two years of Cook experience
Grill, broiler, or meat station experience preferred
Strong steak and protein cookery knowledge
Valid FoodSafe Level 1 certificate
Excellent spoken and written English
Bring precise meat cookery, temperature control, and station organization to The Victor’s Vancouver culinary team.
