Support resident dining at AgeCare Royal City as a part time Dietary Aide in New Westminster, serving meals with courteous customer service. Prepare beverages, salads, and desserts while supporting comfortable meal services for residents and guests.
This Dietary Aide supports meal service setup, preparation, serving, and cleanup in the Residence/Home. The position includes tray service, dining room care, dishware cleaning, catering, and theme events. You will also help orient new dietary employees and follow health and safety procedures.
Key Responsibilities:

Serve meals professionally and courteously to residents and guests
Prepare beverages, salads, desserts, and other service items
Set dining tables and deliver tray service as required
Clean dishware, cutlery, kitchen, and dining areas
Support catering, special occasions, and new employee orientation
Requirements:

Food Handler's Certificate
Food Service Worker Training enrollment or completion
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to lift heavy, hot items and stand or walk
Current Vulnerable Sector Check or willingness to obtain one
