TD Canada Trust is seeking a Personal Banking Associate Trainee skilled in customer service, financial guidance, and digital banking education.
Based in Sherwood Park, Alberta, this 37.5-hour trainee position serves customers through the branch’s Personal & Commercial Banking business. You will identify needs, handle service transactions, resolve banking questions, and recommend appropriate products or internal partners. Training and onboarding support development while mobility within the assigned district remains a condition of employment.
Key Responsibilities:
Build impactful relationships with existing and prospective customers
Provide advice, service transactions, and banking problem resolution
Explain emerging digital banking trends and tools
Report non-standard matters and critical issues to management
Recommend improvements to branch practices and processes
Requirements:
Customer experience skills and courteous communication abilities
High School diploma or relevant experience
Post-Secondary or related undergraduate degree preferred
Investment Funds Canada or equivalent within 90 days
Mobility throughout the assigned district and region
Develop banking expertise by combining customer guidance, digital education, relationship building, and branch process improvement.
