Overview
We have recently partnered with an Oakville-based manufacturing company with a global presence that is looking to add a Controller to the team. This is a new role for the organization. In this role, the successful candidate will report to the CFO and provide support and strategic advice to a couple of global entities. This position requires five days in the office per week.
Salary
Salary: $130K - $140K + 10% Bonus
Responsibilities
Full cycle month-end and year-end close process including preparing journal entries, accruals and reconciliations across the multiple global entities
General Ledger mapping
Help with annual audits and compliance activities
Leading a small team of 5+ direct reports
Qualifications
Must have a CPA with at least 10 years’ experience in manufacturing
Experience with IFRS and US GAAP
Must come with a can do attitude
