Insurance Broker Advisor Client Services

Support insurance clients through advising, renewals, and policy changes while delivering professional service from BrokerLink’s Fort McMurray office.
This Personal Insurance Advisor role serves new and existing clients through in-person and phone interactions. You will quote business, complete applications, issue certificates, process renewals, and provide guidance on insurance matters. BrokerLink provides fully paid training and associated licensing fees, while candidates without a General insurance license must pass the provincial exam.
Key Responsibilities:
Quote new business through calls, letters, and walk-ins
Answer inquiries, conduct care calls, and process renewals
Complete client applications and issue insurance certificates
Keep current on underwriting rules and workflow processes
Process Account Receivable activities and provide requested assistance
Requirements:
Customer service, sales, or call center experience
One year as a broker or insurance agent highly desirable
AIC license considered a significant asset
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Exposure to Epic considered an asset
Use advising, policy administration, and communication strengths to support BrokerLink customers across Fort McMurray.
