With hundreds of customers, $1B+ in GMV, and $42M in funding , the company offers modern banking, smart credit, and automation that replaces manual treasury and FP&A work—making this a rare opportunity to join a high-growth fintech building category-defining products.
Location:
5 days in-office in Toronto/ New York

Requirements
4+ years of recruiting experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments
Strong technical recruiting background with the ability to flex into GTM hiring
Proven ability to source and close passive candidates from top-tier tech companies
Experience as an early recruiting hire, scaling teams and processes from the ground up
Prior experience in fintech, AI, or early-stage start-up environments
