Senior Living Paid Media Manager

Own paid media strategy for senior living clients at Blacksmith Agency, working remotely from Canada, South Africa, or the USA. Lead Google Ads and Meta campaigns.
As PPC Manager, Senior Living, you manage paid media for senior living operators and home care agencies. You make targeting, budget, bidding, and roadmap decisions across multiple client accounts. The role focuses exclusively on paid media, with SEO handled separately.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads
Allocate budgets, optimize bidding, targeting, and creative testing
Use GA4, tag manager, and platform pixels for tracking
Build 90 day and quarterly client roadmaps
Grow accounts through retention, upsell, and relationships
Requirements:
Three plus years hands-on with Google Ads and Meta
Campaign building, management, and optimization experience
Proven ROAS, CPA, or pipeline improvement results
Agency experience managing several clients simultaneously
Clear spoken English for live calls with US clients
Bring senior living paid media expertise, platform fluency, and confident budget leadership to Blacksmith Agency’s client accounts.
