Lead pharmaceutical returns compliance as a Qualified Person in Charge, overseeing AQPICs, Ops Analysts, audits, and Health Canada requirements.
GFL seeks a Qualified Person in Charge for BU 386, Wentworth Returns. This full-time, permanent position reports to the Branch Manager and oversees AQPICs across two shifts plus Ops Analysts. The role supports compliant pharmaceutical handling, customer agreements, vault inventories, licensing, and workplace safety.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee AQPICs and Ops Analysts across two shifts
Manage recruitment, training, onboarding, payroll, and approvals
Ensure compliance with Health Canada regulations
Lead customer and agency audits for Returns and Waste
Manage pharmaceutical handling requests, vault inventories, and site licenses
Requirements:
Health Canada QPIC certification
Experience in pharmaceutical or product returns industries
Previous leadership or supervisory experience
Customer service experience is an asset
Availability Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM
Bring QPIC certification, pharmaceutical returns experience, and supervisory leadership to GFL’s regulated Wentworth operations.
