Bento Sushi is seeking a Culinary Assistant to gain hands-on experience at our Training & Innovation Centre in Richmond Hill. You will support recipe testing, kitchen operations, product development, and training preparations.
This role offers exposure to sensory evaluations, documentation, and collaboration with chefs. You will weigh and prepare ingredients, record results, and help manage inventory, costs, and post-session cleanup.
