Business Finance Analyst Forecasting

Turn financial data into business decisions as a Business Finance Analyst with Dexterra Group, using advanced Excel in a hybrid onsite model.
This Business Finance Analyst partners with Food Service & Hospitality Operations on contract performance. You will use budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial reporting to provide practical insight. The work also includes month-end activities, financial controls, and cross-functional finance support.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare contract financial statements against forecasts and budgets
Analyze variances, trends, cost drivers, and performance indicators
Develop annual budgets and quarterly contract forecasts
Support accruals, allocations, reconciliations, and journal entries
Prepare joint venture reporting packages and audit documentation
Requirements:
Postsecondary education in Finance, Accounting, or Business
CPA, CA, CGA, or CMA designation, or progress toward one
Three to five years of relevant finance experience
Advanced Excel and financial modelling experience
ERP experience; NetSuite or OneStream is an asset
