Key Responsibilities:
• Develop a strong, effective management team

• Cultivate relationships with external stakeholders
Requirements:
• Post-secondary degree/diploma in Health or Social Services
• 3-5 years of relevant leadership experience
• Proven skills in budget management and operational oversight
• Exceptional judgment and organizational skills
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities
