Manage crawl, indexation, site speed, schema, and architecture
Set keyword strategy and on-page optimization priorities
Guide writers and AI producing content drafts
Develop quarterly roadmaps for each client
Report through GA4 and Search Console
Requirements:

Three-plus years of hands-on SEO experience
Experience running audits and making fixes independently
Fluency with Search Console, GA4, and Screaming Frog
Experience with Ahrefs or Semrush
Agency experience across several clients simultaneously
