RESPONSIBILITIES
The Support Associate is responsible for completing daily operational tasks across assigned floors or building locations.
SUMMARY
The Workplace Support Services Associate ensures smooth daily operations by:
Maintaining kitchens (coffee, dishwashers, supplies, organization)
Servicing meeting rooms (whiteboards, chairs, supplies)
Supporting copy rooms (printers, stationery, toner, mail, organization)
Maintaining floors (first aid kits, work orders, sanitizing supplies, PPE)
Completing operational tasks related to health & safety, audits, projects, and inventory
Working assigned shifts with flexibility as needed
The role requires strong judgment, adherence to safe work practices, and compliance with safety and security procedures, including reporting any potential hazards.
