As Store Manager, you report to the District Manager and lead an inclusive store environment. You coach and develop teams while pursuing sales, web orders, recruiting, performance management, training, and operational objectives. Problem solving and operational excellence support your success.
Key Responsibilities:

Maximize store business results through exceptional customer experiences
Model responsive service and compelling merchandise presentation
Balance policies, shrink prevention, payroll, reporting, and scheduling
Recruit, manage, develop, and train shoe-loving talent
Implement agile business plans and foster teamwork
Requirements:

Relevant post-secondary education
Minimum four years in progressive retail supervision
Success achieving sales and profitability targets in large-volume stores
Strong leadership and ability to motivate others
Computer proficiency with email, Word, and Excel
