Become a Programs Coordinator with Breakfast Club of Canada, working in the Centre-du-Québec region. This maternity leave replacement role focuses on establishing nutritious school breakfast programs supported by local partnerships.
In this temporary position, you will collaborate closely with schools and community partners to implement breakfast initiatives, ensuring children receive healthy meals each school day. You will provide training, monitor program compliance with food safety standards, and support youth engagement and nutritional education efforts. Your contributions will foster vital relationships to enhance the Club's local mission.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate implementation of school breakfast programs
• Train staff on program setup and ongoing support
• Conduct regular visits to monitor program effectiveness
• Promote youth engagement and nutritional education
• Liaise with schools on annual operations and funding
Requirements:
• College diploma in relevant field or equivalent experience
• Minimum two years of related experience
• Bilingual in French and English
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
