Inventory Control Associate SAP

Medline Canada seeks a detail-oriented Inventory Control Associate skilled in cycle counting and SAP. This is a full-time contract role in Guelph, Ontario.
Reporting to the National Senior Inventory Manager and Warehouse Supervisor, the associate manages inventory accuracy. The work includes reconciliations, root cause analysis, approvals, and Microsoft Office. The Monday-to-Friday shift runs from 3:00PM to 11:30PM.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies
Investigate root causes and develop corrective actions
Coordinate discrepancy resolution with cross-functional teams
Process inventory transactions using SAP ERP
Create approvals for inventory movement and documentation
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous inventory control or cycle counting experience preferred
Strong Microsoft Office proficiency, including Excel and Word
Strong organizational, communication, and problem resolution skills
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work at heights
Bring inventory reconciliation, SAP, cycle counting, and analytical skills to Medline Canada's Guelph distribution operation.
